I have been getting ready for the faculty show at PBCC Lake Worth. One of the pieces I plan on showing accompanies this blog entry and is called Enquire Inspire (see wording stamped on surface).The work is green (unfired) and unglazed in the photo, which is why it looks gray. What I find comical is notice how the figure on the left looks like he is holding the paint brush (don't I wish they would glaze themselves). The show opens in 10 days so I had better get glazing. Hoping to fire the work Wednesday (Veteran's Day). You can be sure I will post an image when the work comes safely out of Chrissy (my kiln, yes I named my kiln).
